Country & Town Maintenance (CTM) confirms that they will undertake to preserve the privacy of the information that it is necessary for them to collate on you in order to deal with your enquiry.

Personal Information
CTM collects personal information on a voluntary basis only. Personal information may include name, address, e-mail address, occupation, etc. You do not have to submit such personal information in order to obtain access to the CTM Website. CTM may use your PI details to contact you either by post or telephone for marketing purposes, unless you specifically advise CTM that you do not consent to the use of your PI details for this purpose. CTM may use your PI details to contact you by electronic means such as email and fax, but only with your consent.
